Our continued growth has highlighted the need to develop a more comprehensive orientation process for new employees. A working
group comprised of a cross-section of staff is developing a formal program that will help ensure that new employees better
understand the operations of the OIG, the Board, and the Bureau; have a structured training plan; and are provided with ready
access to key documents, such as OIG policies and procedures.
