The responsibilities of the agencies that the OIG concurrently oversees are subject to change. The standards under which we
perform our work are updated to reflect new requirements and environments, and our internal policies, procedures, and practices
must also be refined and updated to remain in compliance. In addition, new methodologies, tools, and techniques continue to
become available at a rapid pace, with features that have the potential to further enhance our business processes. To ensure
that our operations continue to be state-of-the-art, we must be willing to question the status quo and adopt alternative methods
to accomplish our work more efficiently without sacrificing quality or failing to meet applicable standards. Over the strategic
