2.1.1: Planning, Governance & Controls Assess the Bureau's progress in planning, coordinating, and implementing its funding and expenditures; assumption of functions from other agencies; and organizational structure and staffing. Other Information: The Bureau's planning, governance, and controls. Strategic and tactical planning, strong governance, and effective internal controls will be necessary for the Bureau to successfully merge functions from seven different regulatory agencies.
