Conduct a forum entitled "Our Public Record: Next Generations" at the Government Accountability Office (GAO) on September 24, 2008 Other Information: The forum was conducted at the Government Accountability Office (GAO). Five issues that were identified for follow up include: 1) The Future of Federal Information Management Governance (An “umbrella” leadership group for all IM associations); 2) A single calendar for all federal information management related events; 3) Legislative Taskforce for suggesting statutory changes; 4) Methodology for putting together regular collaborative training opportunities; and 5) “Casual Brown Bag” professional information sharing.
