- During FY2010, the members of the Advisory Committee fufilled two functions. First, as required by Section 3(d)(4) of the
Export-Import Bank Act of 1945, as amended, the Advisory Committee submitted its views on the Annual Report to Congress regarding
the Bank's ability to provide competitive financing to neutralize the officially supported export financing provided by Ex-Im
Bank's OECD counterparts. In addition, the Advisory Committee Members fufill their advisory role by participating in quarterly
meetings designed to solicit ideas, opinions and recommendations from the members on topics affecting the programs of Ex-Im
Bank.
