Although Stage 6, Acquisition, is technically out of scope of the ET.gov process itself, one potential channel for acquisitions
by .gov agencies -- via Federal Acquistion Regulation (FAR) Subpart 15.6, Unsolicited Proposals -- is closely related to the
ET.gov process. Agency-specific guidance for the submission of such proposals can be discovered by querying USA.gov. FAR Part
13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures, may also be of interest to vendors and customers of emerging technology components
and specifications. Searching the Catalog of Federal Domestic Assistance (CFDA) on the term "technology" may reveal relevant
