Description For a variety of its own reasons not applicable to the Committee, the agency may implement all/most of the recommendations, but few times recommendations are not implemented. The Department's decision-makers have approved all 203 recommendations made since 2003, except for eight. Five recommendations from the June 2008 NACIQI meeting were not acted upon prior to the enactment of the Higher Education Opportunities Act and three decisions in 2007 were partially implemented.
