The Board of Advisors reviews proposed voluntary voting system guidelines and EAC technical guidance. It assists the EAC with
determining which research studies to pursue and provides comments and alternative viewpoints on all studies. The Board also
may hold hearings and take testimony related to carrying out the provisions of the Help America Vote Act.
