Description For a variety of its own reasons not applicable to the Committee, the agency may implement all/most of the recommendations, but few times recommendations are not implemented. A guesstimate of 85% describes the precentage of recommendations incorporated in the Statewide Registration Lists guidance and the Voluntary Voting Systems Guidelines. All of the Board's recommendations regarding research studies were adopted by the EAC in FY2010. Most of the accepted recommendations relate to the Voluntary Voting System Guidelines and Recounts and Contests Study.
