During FY2011, RTCA managed four federal advisory committee efforts. The Program Management Committee (PMC), NextGen Advisory
Committee (NAC), The Air Traffic Management Advisory Committee (ATMAC), The NextGen Advisory Committee was formed to develop
a common understanding of NextGen priorities in the context of overall NextGen capabilities and implementaion constraints,
with an emphasis on the near-term and mid-term (through 2018). The Special Committees published 17 new or updated documents
in FY2011. The NextGen Advisory Committe collaborated with industry on Phase One of the Equipage Incentives Tasking, Integrated
capabilities scoping and requirements, Key NextGen Performance Indicators and NextGen Measurement methodologies. A comprehensive
report of recommendations has been uploaded into this database.
