Description For a variety of its own reasons not applicable to the Committee, the agency may implement all/most of the recommendations, but few times recommendations are not implemented. Most of the suggestions for action in the first Advisory Committee Advice Memorandum were informational in nature and addressed via agenda items at the committee meeting following the issuance of the Memorandum. Per recommendation in the second Advice Memorandum, a "social equity" goal was included in the draft ITS Program Strategic Plan.
