Provide technical assistance, implement technology exchange, encourage collaboration and capacity building, and identify opportunities to share resources among border agencies, other key U.S. and international partners and in established and emerging markets (i.e., Latin America, China, India, Japan, Europe, Russia, Kuwait, Iraq and Afghanistan).
