1.15: State Rail Safety Oversight

Provide guidance and technical assistance to the State agencies responsible for safety oversight of rail transit systems, monitor the compliance with the requirements of the State Safety Oversight Rule for Rail Fixed Guideway Systems, and encourage a collaborative approach between the Federal and State agencies and rail transit system operators.
