1: Recommandations

The Committee is necessary to bringing to the United States government an additional source of expertise, knowledge, and insight from a group of experience and diverse individuals in order to deepen and broaden the knowledge base available to the State Department and elsewhere in the government on issues relevant to increasing the number and diversifying the composition of Americans studying abroad in China.
