    • FACOSH is established pursuant to U.S.C. 7902(c)(1), E.O. 11612, E.O. 12196, & subsequent E.O.s through E.O. 13585 to advise the Secretary of Labor on all matters relating to the occupational safety and health (OSH) of federal workers. FACOSH is comprised of sixteen members; eight representing federal agency management and eight from labor organizations representing federal workers. FACOSH supports two of the Department of Labor's strategic goals: 1) ensuring that workplaces are safe and healthful, and 2) assuring fair and high quality work-life environments by providing workers a voice in the workplace.
