The National Advisory Committee on Violence Against Women, through a new Charter signed by Attorney General Eric Holder, is
required to provide the Departments of Justice and Health and Human Services with practical policy advice on issues of violence
against women with a specific focus on successful interventions with children and teens who witness and/or are victimized
by intimate partner violence and sexual violence.
