1: Recommandations

Wyoming is characterized by wide-open spaces and great distances between communities. It is difficult to meet with a cross-section of interests on a particular issue without bringing them together in a common place. The RAC meets this need and allows the BLM to hear from a variety of interests without excessive time and expense. The first RAC meeting did have public in attendance.
