Description For a variety of its own reasons not applicable to the Committee, the agency may implement all/most of the recommendations, but few times recommendations are not implemented. SRC Hunting Program Recommendation #87-5, supports harvest of fish and wildlife by local rural residents. SRC supports the State regulatory management system as long as it complies with ANILCA. SRC supports a positive C&T use determination of subsistence resources for 9E communities. The SRC recognized that the existing C&T use determination failed to allow some of the monument resident zone communities to harvest traditional subsistence species. SRC Hunting Program Recommendation #92-6: The SRC supports a NPS sponsored cooperative moose and caribou study within GMU 9E.
