Description For a variety of its own reasons not applicable to the Committee, the agency may implement all/most of the recommendations, but few times recommendations are not implemented. RAC recommendations are well thought-out and collaborative. Considerations about implementing the recommendations include funding, interagency authorities, and compatibility with current planning documents. While they may not be adopted in full, the RAC raises issues that are used to refine aspects of agency projects.
