Description For a variety of its own reasons not applicable to the Committee, the agency may implement all/most of the recommendations, but few times recommendations are not implemented. The Alturas Field Office is using the RAC's recommendations on land acquisition in ongoing negotiations with a landowner. Wild Horse and Burro Management recommendations have been forwarded to BLM leadership working on changes to the wild horse and burro program.
