Description For a variety of its own reasons not applicable to the Committee, the agency may implement all/most of the recommendations, but few times recommendations are not implemented. All of the RAC's recommendations have been considered by BLM management, especially in the development of the range of alternatives for the on-going planning efforts and the RAC protocol to evaluate the recreation fee sites for the BLM and the U.S. Forest Service. In addition, the BLM has utilized the RAC's recommendations to modify or augment its Arizona strategies for water, renewable resources, the National Landscape Conservation System, border secuity, tribal relations, and recreation management.
