Description There are sometimes a few proposals which were not funded in their entirety, those few being scaled back from their original level of requested funding (allowable under the program). The recommendation to extend the Over The River Draft Environmental Impact Statement public comment period was only extended by 15 days instead of the 30 days recommended by the RAC.The BLM is working on implementing the recreation fee review. The charter was updated to reflect the new authority and the RAC plans to review fees in upcoming FY 2012 meetings.Other recommendations have been either implemented or taken into consideration.
