No recommendations for this fiscal year. Commission did not meet in FY 2011.The Commission advises the park on the development
of a cultural live-in complex for the park. Most of the work associated with this task included refining guidelines for use
of the center; ideas to encourage active participation in traditional behavior and beliefs such as the use of Hawaiian attire,
language, protocol, and the practice of traditional ethics in the management of land and ocean resources. Two meeting were
devoted to development occurring on the park’s boundaries. Recommendations included invites to State and County elected officials,
