Description Unspecified In FY 2011 the Council made recommendations to the Federal Subsistence Board on 9 fisheries proposals from another region because those proposals affected a portion of the Seward Peninsula. The Council also made recommendations on the 2011 Fisheries Resource Monitoring Program and fisheries research project needs in the region.
