Description There are sometimes a few proposals which were not funded in their entirety, those few being scaled back from their original level of requested funding (allowable under the program). Due to funding issues and being outside the scope of the charter, not all of these recommendations have been completed by BLM. For example, the Wyoming Department of Environmental Quality and operators on the Pinedale Anticline helped fund projects that were a result of PAWG recommendations.
