Description For a variety of its own reasons not applicable to the Committee, the agency may implement all/most of the recommendations, but few times recommendations are not implemented. The BLM is currently working with the local Native Americans on permit issues for the Painted Rock. The BLM has included cumulative impacts from the surrounding area in our resource management plan.The BLM conducted a public field trip to explore sub-regions of the Carrizo Plain National Monument.The Native American Advisory Committee is working with BLM on Painted Rock access issues.
