The RAC recommends funding qualified projects to implement in the Oregon & California (O&C) Counties of the Salem
District. These projects help the BLM restore at-risk resources, protect natural and cultural heritage resources, provide
environmentally responsible recreation opportunities, and protect public safety and property.
