Description There are sometimes a few proposals which were not funded in their entirety, those few being scaled back from their original level of requested funding (allowable under the program). An attempt is always made to at least partially implement the Board’s recommendations. However, it should be noted that some recommendations are either financially or administratively impractical or impossible to fully implement. An estimated 15% of the recommendations submitted over the life of the committee have been partially implemented.
