Description For a variety of its own reasons not applicable to the Committee, the agency may implement all/most of the recommendations, but few times recommendations are not implemented. Recommendations are evaluated and considered by the EM senior staff in conjunction with the core mission of the EM program. An estimated 80% of the recommendations submitted over the life of the committee have been fully implemented. It should be noted that some recommendations are either financially or administratively impractical or impossible to fully implement.
