Description For a variety of its own reasons not applicable to the Committee, the agency may implement all/most of the recommendations, but few times recommendations are not implemented. Congressional funding is below authorized levels. Therefore recomemndations to increase funding can not be implemented. DOE supports all the recommendations of the 2010 NRC Report if adequate funding is provided by Congress.
