The Board invites the Secretary of the Navy, Chief of Naval Operations, and Commandant Marine Corps to attend each meeting
to communicate directly with and to solicit advice from them on their vision on graduate education programs in the naval services.
The Board also encourages interaction between senior Naval leadership and students by including student briefers in their
meetings.
