The ORAP supports the agency's mission by providing senior scientific advise to the National Ocean Research Leadership Council
and Interagency Committee on Ocean Science and Resource Management Integration, of which the agency is a prime member. Advice
is provided on policies and procedures on National Ocean Partnership Program investments, resource management, and ocean policy.
