Description For a variety of its own reasons not applicable to the Committee, the agency may implement all/most of the recommendations, but few times recommendations are not implemented. Recommendations implemented IAW the needs of and requirments to sustain and better our inland waterways. Recommendations are often implemented by specific focus areas or projects. The recommendations are contained in the Annual Report and our compliance is reflected by the inclusion of a project in the President's Budget and its recommended appropriation amount.
