Description There are sometimes a few proposals which were not funded in their entirety, those few being scaled back from their original level of requested funding (allowable under the program). The Secretary of Air Force reported significant progress implementing the recopmmendations from the AF Nuclear Weapons Enterprise report. Several partial implementations of the recommednations from the Improving Services Contractig report are underway. Recommendations from Enhancing the Adaptability of our Military Forces and COIN ISR are complex and still undergoing analysis and discussion within various parts of DoD.
