Description For a variety of its own reasons not applicable to the Committee, the agency may implement all/most of the recommendations, but few times recommendations are not implemented. Most of the DACOWITS recommendations have been adopted over the past 60 years, in some form, either through policy changes or changes of societal roles for women. DACOWITS staff is currently researching the implementation status of all recommendations. The 25% implementation statement is an estimate.
