The Board is established to inquire into the morale, discipline, social climate, curriculum, instruction, physical equipment,
fiscal affairs, academic methods, and other matters relating to the Academy that the Board decides to consider. The Board
is also responsible for advising the Superintendent (and, in turn, the Chief of Staff and the Secretary of the Air Force)
by making recommendations on matters relating to the Academy.
