During the June 15-16 2010 meeting, the advisory board made three recommendations to the Director, DIA on the governance structure
of MASINT, which included more effective ways for carrying out the duties as Intelligence Community’s Functional Management
in this area.During the September 2, 2010 meeting, the advisory board made one recommendation on defense attache training
and eight recommendations on ballistic missile, space, and counterspace analysis to to the Director, DIA. During the Janaury
27, 2011 meeting, the advisory board made ten recommendations for improving defense attache training. During the May 10, 2011
meeting, the advisory board made nine recommendations for improving human resource issues in DIA. The board also made three
additional recommendations on MASINT Governance in DIA.
