- The BEA Advisory Committee is a blue-ribbon panel of about 15 members that advises the Director of BEA on matters related
to the development and improvement of BEA’s national, regional, industry, and international economic accounts in order to
help the organization meet its mission to promote a better understanding of the U.S. economy by providing the most timely,
relevant, and accurate economic accounts data in an objective and cost-effective manner.
