This committee supports the Census Bureau's constitutional mandate to conduct a census of the American population every ten
years. It also supports the Census Bureau's strategic plan and mission by contributing to an accurate and cost-effective Census,
by increasing the public's trust of and participation in the decennial census as well as the American Community Survey.
