Description For a variety of its own reasons not applicable to the Committee, the agency may implement all/most of the recommendations, but few times recommendations are not implemented. About one-third of the recommendations have been fully implemented. This is a multi-agency program; therefore, the FY 2010 recommendations are still being reviewed by the agencies. Many of the recommendations are tied to funding issues that are governed by appropriations and pending legislation.
