Description There are sometimes a few proposals which were not funded in their entirety, those few being scaled back from their original level of requested funding (allowable under the program). As per the previous explanation, full implementation of many of the recommendations would require significant changes to the agency programs and budget. This is not always feasible and so a number of the recommendations are only able to be partially implemented.
