Description For a variety of its own reasons not applicable to the Committee, the agency may implement all/most of the recommendations, but few times recommendations are not implemented. NOAA has worked closely with the Committee and other agencies involved in the licensing process to implement the FY 05 and FY 06 recommendations. NOAA fully implemented the FY 06 recommendation in FY 07. In FY 09 NOAA received no recommendations from the Committee. In FY 09 NOAA implemented one recommendation made in FY 08.
