In FY 05, the Committee provided 8 recommendations to NOAA on ways to streamline the government review and approval process
for licensing actions. In FY 06, the Committee made one recommendation and NOAA requested the Committee to resubmit the recommendation
providing additional rationale. The Committee met twice to discuss modification of a specific license condition. In FY 07
NOAA implemented the FY 06 recommendation and the Committee met twice and worked toward providing new recommendations. In
FY 08 the Committee made one recommendation to NOAA. In FY 09 NOAA received no recommendations from the Committee. NOAA received
no new recommendations from the committee in FY 10. In FY 11 no recommendations were received or implemented.
