The Sea Grant Advisory Board is an essential part of NOAA’s National Sea Grant College Program. The Advisory Board contributes
to the NOAA goal, “Protect, restore, and manage the use of coastal and ocean resources through ecosystem-based management,”
by providing advice and oversight in several NOAA core capabilities including “Environmental Literacy, Outreach, and Education,”
and “Sound, Reliable State of the Art Research.”
