DIA is committed to becoming a highly effective knowledge-based organization by establishing a culture where information is
proactively shared among Agency personnel and IC partners. The Agency will implement new strategies to develop and exploit
knowledge wherever it exists. This includes initiatives to strengthen cooperation with foreign partners, broaden information
access through interoperable technology, and build innovative knowledge creation practices and sharing techniques.
