DIA continually seeks better ways to support its customers by providing tailored analytic output that is precise, timely,
and actionable. Proximity to the customer and the integration of the Defense Intelligence Analysis Program (DIAP) will enhance
the allocation of analytic resources across the Defense Intelligence Enterprise. Risk management of analytic resources, increased
analytic rigor and training, and the promotion of critical thinking and long-term strategic analysis are vital to this effort.
DIA will ensure DIAP, ICPs, and defense intelligence priorities are aligned and integrated to best support military and national
intelligence integration, collection strategies, and adaptive planning.
