The Great Lakes Pilotage Advisory Committee provides a public forum for discussing pilotage issues that impact the safe, reliable,
and efficient operation of vessels on the Great Lakes. This process includes the stakeholders and industry that the pilots
serve and has resulted in a better understanding of issues from the "big picture" perspective.
