Description For a variety of its own reasons not applicable to the Committee, the agency may implement all/most of the recommendations, but few times recommendations are not implemented. The analysis of an inspection regimen for towing vessels is extremely complex, their having been un-inspected for such a long time. There is now no clear method of predicting if the Coast Guard will implement a large percentage of the TSAC's recommendations in this area, but historically it does implement a great deal.
