Description For a variety of its own reasons not applicable to the Committee, the agency may implement all/most of the recommendations, but few times recommendations are not implemented. Coast Guard regulation projects involving Subchapter N and the Outer Continental Shelf is making use of much of the Dynamic Positioning information provided by NOSAC and also the marine portable quarters. A separate rulemaking for Large OSVs is utilizing recommendations from the Large OSVs final report.
