Description For a variety of its own reasons not applicable to the Committee, the agency may implement all/most of the recommendations, but few times recommendations are not implemented. CBP has implemented a number of the recommendations that have been made by the committee. These include, but are not limited to, seeking increased appropriations to address airport staffing needs, creation of federal inspection services facilitites standards in the airport environment, and providing more transparency in the allocation of funds for inspectional personnel.
